Mentoring

Established in 2018, we pride ourselves on working with passion for our clients to strive for personal growth and skills-development. Our focus is on working with our clients on their level, providing them with side-by-side support building the skills of the individual to increase their self-dependence, self-efficacy, and self-reliance. 

We do this through a range of techniques, activities, approaches, and learning opportunities.

We tailor our service to the individual and their needs as identified in a face to face meeting prior to signing a service agreement. 

We work in peoples' homes, school, out in the community and outdoors. We are flexible with where and how supports are delivered. 

Currently we are working in the Northern, Western and Southern Suburbs, Fleurieu Peninsula, and Victor Harbor.

Mentoring with us is based on finding a "good match" between the person seeking supports and the people we have available.

Most importantly, mentoring with us is fun! Our people are active, enthusiastic, interested in others, and enjoy helping our clients.

Our small team of Mentors are supervised by Owner and Director, Quinn Arrowsmith.

Quinn has been a professional Mentor for almost 10 years, winning 2 awards for Most Outstanding Mentor in Disability Sector in Australia at the Enablement Awards in 2019 and 2022.

We are able to offer our Mentoring to NDIS Participants or others via a fee-for-service arrangement.
